These are the Terms of Use for Super. Please read them. The Privacy Policy and EULA apply as well. The Privacy Policy lists, for each feature, exactly which third parties (if any) receive your data today.
Acceptance
By installing or using Super, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't install or use the app. This is a binding agreement between you and chaimagal.
The service
Super is the Super app (shared shopping lists). We distribute via Apple App Store and Google Play. We may add, change, improve or discontinue features — including features that use cloud services, charge a fee, or display advertising. Material new uses of your data are notified in-app and in the Privacy Policy before they take effect.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately of unauthorised access. One person per account. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Super to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or harass others.
- Upload unlawful, hateful, or malware-laden content.
- Reverse-engineer beyond what local law permits, circumvent rate limits, or probe our systems.
- Impersonate anyone or use another's account without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Super. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, back up, process, transmit to the processors named in the Privacy Policy, and display your content back to you — solely to operate the features you use. This licence covers the technical operations (caching, encoding, indexing, thumbnailing, backup, restoration, aggregation into summaries shown to you) that are inherent to running a mobile app with a cloud backend. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models without your explicit, granular, opt-in consent — which we ask for separately if we ever want to. Content added to a shared list is visible to all participants of that list until the item is deleted.
Shared lists
When you invite another user, they become a member of that list and can add, edit, check, and delete items on it. You are responsible for who you invite. Members can see the list name, photo and all its items; they do not see your other lists, your other apps, or anything else in your account. The owner may remove members or delete the list; members may leave at any time.
AI features
Super may include features that generate text, suggestions or summaries using a language model. Some AI features run entirely on your device; others may send your prompt and relevant context over TLS to a third-party AI provider for inference (a cloud AI feature). The Privacy Policy lists, for each AI feature shipped today, whether it is on-device or cloud and — for cloud features — which provider, which region, and what the provider is contractually required to retain.
You can turn cloud AI features off in Settings. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, clinical, mental-health, safety, or other professional advice. Smart Add results should be reviewed before relying on them.
Subscriptions and fees
Super is free to install. Some features may require a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription; paid features are clearly marked, and price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you buy.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google account — not in the app. Introductory offers and free trials convert to paid subscriptions under the same renewal rules, and unused time is forfeited when you cancel an annual or multi-month plan (in line with store policy). Taxes may be added where applicable.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms and refund policies; we do not see or store your card details. Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a withdrawal or cancellation right (e.g., the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, California's Automatic Renewal Law), you may exercise it through your store account or by emailing us. Australian consumers have non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law; nothing in these Terms limits those.
Advertising
Super may, now or in the future, display advertising — including banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded formats. Where ads are enabled, we may work with third-party ad partners; those partners are listed in the Privacy Policy along with the categories of data they receive.
We do not knowingly serve advertising to users we believe to be under 16, and we do not permit ad partners to target ads based on sensitive categories (health, pregnancy, mental-health, religion, political views, sexual orientation) derivable from the app. Users in the EU, EEA, UK and Brazil will see an in-app consent prompt before any non-essential ad tracking. Users in California (and other US states with similar laws) will have a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control available in Settings.
Third-party services
Super relies on third-party services to run. The complete, current list — and the purpose and data category for each — lives in the Privacy Policy. Typical categories include: hosting and authentication, app distribution and in-app purchase processing (Apple, Google), crash reporting, analytics, cloud AI providers, advertising partners, and customer-support tooling. When we introduce a new third party for a material new use, we update the Privacy Policy and notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
Termination
You may delete your account in Settings at any time; this terminates the agreement and triggers data deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections on your content licence, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination to the extent necessary.
Disclaimers
Super is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app meets your specific needs. AI output, summaries, suggestions and third-party content are provided for your convenience and without warranty of accuracy or fitness.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, chaimagal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including non-disclaimable consumer-protection warranties in the EU, UK, Australia, Quebec and Israel, and any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and for material changes — including any change that expands the categories of data we collect, the third parties we share it with, the purposes we use it for, or the price of a paid feature — we'll notify you in-app (a banner or a launch screen), and by email where we hold a verified address, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance; if you don't accept, you can delete your account before then.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts with jurisdiction over Modiin, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
